How it works
Check your eBay purchase history or shipping confirmation for tracking information.
Follow shipping progress, carrier updates, and delivery status.
Receive timely updates and manage your eBay orders with confidence.
eBay tracking allows you to monitor your order’s journey from the seller to your doorstep. When the seller uses a tracked shipping service, eBay shows carrier updates and delivery status, helping you understand where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.
To track your eBay orders, log into your eBay account, go to My eBay and select Purchase History. Open the order you want to track to view shipping details.
If tracking is available, you’ll see a tracking number link with real-time updates from the carrier.
Shippity helps you manage and track online orders by scanning your connected email inbox for commercial and transactional messages, such as order confirmations and delivery notifications.
When tracking information is available in those emails, Shippity organizes it in one place for easier monitoring.
FAQ
To track your eBay order, log into your eBay account, go to My eBay and click on Purchase History. Find your order and open it to see the tracking details. If the seller provided tracking, a tracking number link will appear once the item has shipped.
If tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check your delivery location and ask neighbors or building reception if applicable. Then contact the carrier for more detailed delivery information. If the issue remains unresolved, you can report the problem on eBay to request assistance.
If an item does not arrive after the estimated delivery date, the buyer can open an “item not received” request on eBay. Sellers are generally expected to provide valid tracking information showing delivery in order to be protected in these cases.
You can find tracking information by logging into your eBay account and navigating to My eBay → Purchase History. Open the specific order to view the shipping and tracking details provided by the seller. Tracking information appears once the item is shipped.
