What Is PiggyShip?
PiggyShip is a delivery provider that may be used by some sellers or retailers to ship packages, particularly for certain local or last-mile deliveries. When PiggyShip is involved in a delivery, shipment updates and delivery confirmations are provided by PiggyShip or the sender.
Tracking availability and update frequency depend on PiggyShip, the shipping service selected by the sender, and how often tracking events are recorded and communicated.
How PiggyShip Tracking Information Is Shared
PiggyShip tracking information is commonly shared through shipment-related communications such as order confirmations, shipping confirmations, and delivery updates sent by the seller or delivery provider. These messages may include a tracking number or shipment reference and status updates.
PiggyShip (and any delivery partners involved) remains the sole source of tracking data and delivery status information.
How Shippity Helps You Organize PiggyShip Deliveries
Shippity helps you organize and monitor PiggyShip shipments by scanning your connected email inbox for commercial and transactional messages, such as order confirmations and shipping notifications that include tracking information.
When PiggyShip tracking details are present in those emails, Shippity extracts and displays them in one place, making it easier to review shipment status without manually searching through your inbox.
Shippity does not integrate directly with PiggyShip or carrier systems and does not generate tracking updates. All tracking information shown in the app is based solely on the content of the emails you receive.
What Information Shippity Can Display
When available in your emails, Shippity may display tracking-related information such as the tracking number or shipment reference, shipment status, and delivery confirmation. The level of detail depends on what the seller or PiggyShip includes in their email communications.
If no tracking information is provided by email, Shippity may still detect the purchase or shipment, but shipment tracking will not be available.
PiggyShip Tracking Delays and Common Situations
Tracking updates may occasionally appear delayed or unchanged for a period of time. This can happen due to operational delays, delivery scheduling, or gaps between tracking scans.
If tracking information has not updated for several days, you should refer to the most recent email received from the sender or contact PiggyShip or the seller directly for further assistance. Shippity does not have access to carrier systems and cannot investigate delivery issues on your behalf.
Using PiggyShip Tracking Responsibly
Shippity acts as an organizational tool that helps users manage order and tracking information received by email. It does not replace PiggyShip or the seller and does not handle delivery changes, disputes, refunds, or shipment investigations.
For delivery issues, missing shipments, address changes, or claims, you should always contact the seller or PiggyShip directly.
